Biography
Dr. Reichard founded Decision Informatics, Ltd. in 2007 bringing 15 years of Drug Discovery experience to the new organization.  Prior to Decision Informatics, Dr. Reichard was a Senior Director at Pfizer and served as the head of the Lead Discovery Group in Ann Arbor, Michigan.  In this role, he recruited top talent and created an empowered organization responsible for the discovery of lead compounds across all therapeutic areas to drive the Ann Arbor Discovery portfolio.  As a Senior Director, Dr. Reichard was also member of several local and global leadership teams providing guidance to maximize the effectiveness of the Pfizer Discovery organization.  Preceding his role as the head of Lead Discovery, Dr. Reichard was a Director of CNS Chemistry at Pfizer where he was a passionate mentor of project leaders and medicinal chemists focused on the discovery of drugs targeting the central nervous system.   Prior to joining Pfizer, Dr. Reichard utilized his skills as a medicinal chemist and project leader at Schering Plough Research Institute, where he delivered results in discovery projects targeting CNS diseases and Asthma.  Dr. Reichard was trained as a synthetic chemist and relentless problem solver by Nobel Laureate, Professor E. J. Corey at Harvard University.
